FMG Iron Ore and Infrastructure Project

Pinc Group were engaged by WorleyParsons as part of the original Team 45 project to manage the project controls for the optimisation phase of this project (approx. $500M capital).  This scope of services followed our previous engagement as sub-consultants to develop the project controls business systems, develop software enhancement tools to augment the cost control system and to manage the project controls group for the initial project scope.
