Dairi Prima Mineral – Zinc/Lead Project

Pinc Group were engage to provide the project services lead for this Indonesian based large zinc/lead project. Services included creating and issuing tenders and contract documents, creating and managing the project planning and scheduling, providing cost control and document control services (including implementing and managing the project controls using PincCost and PincDocs for the client).

Pinc Group had a number of it’s staff on FIFO to Jakarta and managed the budgeting and forecasting for the client as well as delivering an integrated SharePoint solution and reviewing the ERP requirements.

Pinc Group were also heavily involved in both the Project Readiness and Operational Readiness facets of the project providing a large part of the procedures and processes to both the project an operational groups.
