Alara Resources – Khnaiguiyah Project

Pinc Group were engage to provide project services for this multi-national client with particular focus on their Saudi zinc/lead assets. Services included creating and issuing tenders and contract documents, creating and managing the pre-project planning and scheduling and providing cost control services (including implementing and managing the project controls using PincCost and P6).

Pinc Group were also heavily involved in both the Project Readiness and Operational Readiness facets of the project providing a large part of the procedures and processes to both the project an operational groups.
