Pinc Group were engaged as a consultant to review and recommend solutions to a number of WorleyParsons projects and to help establish project control systems for new projects. In addition, Pinc was commissioned to scope out and document the functional specification for the development of WorleyParson’s in-house software to be used for global project management cost control and reporting.
