Newmont – Boddington Gold Mine Operations
Pinc Group were engaged to develop and implement the document control processes and procedures, and implemented enterprise-wide document management and control software (Documentum/McLaren). The scope required Pinc to manage the operational document controls systems and integrate with existing operational solutions as well as provide a document management solution to manage non-technical operational documents.
