BHP Billiton Petroleum – APU Operations

Pinc was engaged as the document control consultant to ensure existing processes, procedures and specifications relating to document control and document management were in place. Pinc wrote the required procedures and contract specifications, and recommended system improvements covering both the project deliverables and the existing operational deliverables.
Pinc also classified existing data relating to on-shore and off-shore BHP Petroleum assets and provided document control personnel.
